Job summary

Visa is seeking a Senior Manager, VAS Sales Tools to own and configure PROS CPQ for our Value-Added Services pricing and quoting. You will partner with Sales Ops, Pricing, Deal, Product, and Tech to ensure scalable, compliant CPQ outcomes across regions and complex deals.

Required: 8+ years in Sales Systems or related roles and 5+ years hands-on PROS CPQ configuration within enterprise settings. On-site in Foster City, CA with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of in Sales Systems, Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, or related roles.
• 5+ years hands-on PROS CPQ configuration in enterprise environments.
• Deep expertise in pricing, quoting, and CPQ workflows.
• Experience configuring complex pricing and deal structures.
• Translating business requirements into CPQ configurations and Agile artifacts.
• Troubleshooting and resolving complex CPQ issues.
• Strong communication with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own PROS CPQ configuration for VAS Sales Tools and scale across products, regions, and deals.
• Configure pricing models, catalogs, and quoting logic per policies.
• Support quote outputs, approvals, and workflows with governance in mind.
• Provide senior-level CPQ support, triage issues, and drive preventive improvements.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories; lead testing.
