Job summary

Visa is seeking a Senior Manager, VAS Sales Tools to own and configure the PROS CPQ platform for the Value-Added Services org. You will act as the functional SME coordinating with Sales Ops, Pricing & Deal, Product, and Technology to ensure accurate, scalable pricing and quoting.

Responsibilities include leading CPQ configuration, managing pricing models, templates, and approvals, while partnering with Finance to align CPQ logic with pricing controls.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in Sales Systems, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related enterprise systems roles.
• Minimum 5 years of handson PROS CPQ configuration experience in an enterprise environment.
• Deep functional expertise in pricing, quoting, and CPQ workflows.
• Proven experience configuring complex pricing and deal structures.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with crossfunctional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as the lead PROS CPQ configuration SME for VAS Sales Tools.
• Configure and maintain product catalogs, pricing models, and quoting logic to support approved sales motions and commercial policies.
• Own functional design decisions and ensure CPQ configurations scale across products, regions, and complex deal structures.
