The Senior Manager, Value Transformation Office, will support Clorox’s margin transformation journey by performing analysis, generating insights, and helping build a clear, highly actionable pipeline to deliver enterprise margin improvement targets. This role partners with internal VTO resources plus executive leadership, business unit general managers, functional leaders, and cross‑functional teams to identify margin enhancement opportunities across the value chain, including portfolio optimization, design‑to‑value, operational excellence, and network design. As part of the Value Transformation Office, this role helps drive transformational, enterprise‑wide margin improvement through a sustainable pipeline, systematic approach, and rigorous value management. The Senior Manager will support ideation, discovery, business case development, program governance, executive updates, and enterprise capability building across cost savings.
About You You bring strong analytical, ideation, and coordination skills, with the ability to turn complex business and operational inputs into clear insights, action plans, and executive‑ready recommendations. You are a self‑starter who can drive progress in ambiguity, collaborate across a diverse set of stakeholders, and balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
The ideal candidate for this opportunity will be located out of Alpharetta or Oakland with the ability to be in office 3x per week. #LI-Hybrid

Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job‑related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area. –Zone A: $131,200 - $258,500 –Zone B: $120,300 - $237,000 –Zone C: $109,400 - $215,500 All ranges are subject to change in the future. This job is also eligible for participation in Clorox’s incentive plans, subject to the terms of the applicable plan documents and policies.
