  • Cross-functional change integration (20%): Coordinate with Planning, Procurement, Project Management, Materials partners, and manufacturing locations to integrate material planning into proposed changes. Update forecasts, project documents, and standard operating procedures as needed and execute change management across the total Supply Chain.
  • Support MSM and MM&P processes (20%): Support business unit Materials Management and Planning efforts, ensuring that new changes are integrated into existing processes. Update all required MSM processes and serve as the owner of Change processes for the MSM function. Partner with manufacturing locations to support successful integration of proposed changes across their sites. Provide forecast changes and material impacts to project team members supporting company initiatives. Reduce material waste resulting from network changes and support material run-outs and new-material start-ups at manufacturing locations. Improve year over year performance for D&D across the BU.
  • Integrate with the External Manufacturing network to ensure total Supply Chain awareness of proposed changes. Establish material processes and lead times that support vertical start-up of projects and network changes. Provide material updates to Supply Chain leadership and coordinate connection with the Supply Chain Squad. Integrate proposed material changes into business unit IBP processes and provide early warning of impacts to production plans. Support overall MSM and Materials Management & Planning efforts within the Cleaning business unit, as needed.
