We seek an accomplished leader to guide complex business valuation and strategic advisory engagements with C-suite clients.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in business valuation or related work
• CPA and/or ASA, with CVA/ABV/CBA or equivalent credentials
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex business valuation and strategic advisory engagements with high client satisfaction
• Advise C-suite executives on mergers, acquisitions, capital planning, succession, and other strategic initiatives
• Oversee preparation and review of advanced valuation analyses and financial models
• Facilitate strategy development sessions and help design actionable client plans
• Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and service offerings
• Mentor and coach junior/mid-level team members
• Represent the firm at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities
• Meet annual billable hour targets and contribute to firm productivity
