Job summary

Sorren is seeking a senior business valuation and strategic advisory leader to drive complex engagements and partner with C-suite executives. You will guide high-stakes financial analyses, mentor teams, and foster growth through client relationships and industry leadership.

The role demands deep valuation expertise, cross-functional management, and a commitment to delivering data-driven insights that shape client strategy and growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in business valuation or related work.
• CPA and/or ASA credential, plus CVA/ABV/CBA credentials.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• Strong communication and executive presence with senior clients.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and multiple large engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex valuation and advisory engagements with high client satisfaction.
• Advise C-suite on mergers and acquisitions, capital planning, and succession.
• Oversee advanced financial models and valuation analyses.
• Facilitate strategy sessions and actionable client plans.
• Grow business by expanding client relationships.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to thought leadership.
• Represent the firm at client meetings and industry events.
• Meet annual billable targets and firm productivity.
