Job summary

Sorren, a top 50 national advisory firm, seeks a Senior Valuation and Advisory leader to direct complex business valuation engagements for C-suite clients. You will deliver data-driven insights, oversee advanced financial models, and drive strategic growth within a collaborative, client-focused culture.

Responsibilities include mentoring teams, expanding client relationships, and representing the firm at meetings and industry events.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business valuation or related work.
• CPA and/or ASA, with one or more credentials CVA/ABV/CBA.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• Deep expertise in valuation methodologies across industries.
• Proven experience advising senior executives and managing high-value client relationships.
• Excellent communication, presentation skills, and executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex business valuation and strategic advisory engagements.
• Serve as a strategic partner to C-suite executives on M&A, capital planning, and growth initiatives.
• Oversee advanced financial models and valuation analyses, delivering data-driven insights.
• Facilitate strategy sessions and help clients implement actionable plans.
• Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and cross-sell services.
• Collaborate with firm leadership on growth strategies and service line innovation.
• Mentor junior and mid-level team members in valuation and advisory.
• Represent the firm in client meetings and industry events.
• Perform other duties as assigned and maintain billable targets.
