Job summary

Sorren seeks a senior professional to lead and manage complex business valuation and strategic advisory engagements for C-suite clients. You will drive data-driven insights, mentor teams, and represent the firm in client meetings and industry events to support growth and thought leadership.

Requires 10+ years in valuation, CPA/ASA with CVA/ABV/CBA credentials, and strong communication and business development skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business valuation or related work.
• CPA and/or ASA with CVA/ABV/CBA credentials.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• Expertise in valuation methodologies across industries.
• Proven experience advising senior executives and managing high-value client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex valuation and advisory engagements with high client satisfaction.
• Advise C-suite on mergers, acquisitions, capital planning, and succession.
• Oversee advanced financial models and valuation analyses with data-driven insights.
• Facilitate strategy sessions and help clients implement actionable plans.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and services.
• Mentor junior and mid-level team members; collaborate with firm leadership on growth.
