This role focuses on detailed financial analyses, business valuation, and leading smaller consulting engagements to deliver timely, actionable insights for clients. You will mentor junior staff, collaborate with clients and team members, and contribute to growth objectives in a fast-paced, client‑facing

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in business valuation or related work.
• CPA, CVA, ABV, or CBA license or eligibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed financial analyses and support the development of business valuation reports.
• Actively engage with clients and team members to explain findings and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Take ownership of smaller consulting engagements, managing timelines and deliverables.
• Contribute strategic insights to improve client growth, profitability, and efficiency.
• Prepare advanced business reports and presentation materials with clarity and value.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver holistic advisory solutions and strong client relationships.
• Mentor junior team members by reviewing work and sharing knowledge.
• Meet annual billable hour targets and other team performance goals.
