The role drives process improvements, manages MRO relationships, and collaborates across engineering, publications, and digital teams to deliver end-to-end support and DT-enabled solutions for customers. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10 years’ aerospace aftermarket/MRO/EIS experience.
• Proven program management and cross-functional coordination with customers and suppliers.
• Familiarity with Digital Technologies implementations and operational excellence systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead maturation of the V2500 E5 aftermarket strategy and processes.
• Strengthen MRO network relationships and capability development.
• Drive technical publication readiness (IETP, eMMP, repair reintegration).
• Coordinate with engineering, publications, MRO partners, and digital teams.
• Support ECM processing for the V2500 program.
• Lead DT integration and deployment of digital tools for customer interaction.
