Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, a leader in aircraft engine design and service, is seeking an FP&A Manager for the V2500 Aftermarket ESF Finance team. The role focuses on contract management, EAC analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Sales and Operations Analytics.

The position requires strong financial and analytical skills, extensive FP&A experience, and US citizenship. It offers a remote work option and competitive benefits within RTX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; or an Advanced Degree with 5+ years of related experience.
• 2+ years in Commercial Aftermarket or FP&A or contract accounting.
• Strong financial and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels; familiarity with SAP.
• Self-motivated team player able to handle multiple high-priority projects.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contract estimates at completion (EAC) for multiple fleet management contracts.
• Prepare and present financial analyses related to EACs to internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyze customer proposals and contract restructuring activities.
• Support monthly/annual close activities for multiple contracts.
• Coordinate quarterly Remaining Performance Obligation (RPO) / Backlog process.
• Provide financial oversight for contracts and assist the fleet manager.
• Utilize CORE tools for process improvements.
