MCE - Engine Services Finance Contract P&W Commercial V2500 Aftermarket ESF Finance is looking for a Manager to oversee and engage in a wide range of contract management, including: contract estimate at completion (EAC) and variance analysis, supporting cash collections process, customer proposals and analysis, and controls and compliance. The Manager will report directly to the Senior Manager of V2500 Aftermarket Finance and will provide critical financial support to the Finance leadership and CFT team. This individual will work closely with the fleet manager for each of their respective contracts and work effectively within a cross‑functional team from Engineering, Customer Management, Sales, and Operations Analytics.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective‑bargaining agreement. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short‑term and/or long‑term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective‑bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
