Job summary

Capital One’s Experience Design (XD) organization seeks a Senior Manager of Research & User Intelligence to accelerate learning velocity by defining and executing research programs that yield actionable insights for usable product solutions.

As an individual contributor, you will work with designers, PMs, analysts, and technologists to bring human-centered research into a largely technical space, prioritizing governance and impact.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in UX Research, Data Science, or CX Research.
• 4+ years aggregating, collecting, and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data.
• 3+ years autonomously leading multi-stakeholder projects or research programs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct connected studies and establish data acquisition to build a body of user intelligence for product teams.
• Lead rapid testing within the product lifecycle and evolve research platforms to accelerate learning velocity.
• Collaborate with research ops to ensure teams can access users and maximize empathy and understanding.
• Identify and track UX metrics with CX, data scientists, analysts, and designers; analyze correlations between behavior and business outcomes.
• Socialize learnings to stakeholders to drive product impact.
