Job summary

Authentic Brands Group is seeking a Senior Manager, Treasury to own our treasury transformation and build the infrastructure and governance we need as we scale. You will report to the VP, Treasury and manage our Senior Analyst, drive implementations across our treasury management system and banking operations, and partner with Tax, Legal, Finance and Accounting on liquidity and controls.

Responsibilities include owning the 13-week forecast, leading Trovata deployment, and overseeing investment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in treasury, including implementation project management.
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to move at pace in a growth environment.
• Meticulous attention to detail, strong understanding of cash forecasting, liquidity planning, debt capital markets, banking operations, and financial risk management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Cash management and forecasting: Own the 13-week rolling forecast and Treasury cash flow model.
• Treasury system implementation and transformation: Lead the Trovata deployment end-to-end.
• Banking operations and account strategy: Oversee account openings, closings, and testing.
• Investment program launch and management: Establish money market funds and liquidity monitoring.
• Controls and compliance documentation: Design controls and liaise with Internal Audit.
• FX and interest rate management: Map FX exposure and hedge strategies.
• Team leadership: Manage the Senior Treasury Analyst and set quality standards.
