Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking a Senior Manager, Treasury Settlement Services to lead daily settlement, cash and collateral activities, and to drive controls and improvements across Treasury operations. You will coordinate with banks, custodians, and internal partners to ensure timely, accurate settlement.

The role requires senior-level experience in treasury operations, strong analytical and leadership capabilities, and a track record of delivering cross-functional results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in treasury or settlements, with leadership experience.
• Experience with banks, custodians, and settlement processes.
• Strong trade confirmation, settlement and control knowledge.
• Knowledge of collateral management concepts and margin.
• Bachelor's in Finance/Economics/Accounting or related field; treasury qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Treasury settlement services supporting liquidity execution.
• Partner with Liquidity & Funding Management to align readiness and collateral.
• Oversee settlement with third-party banks and custodians; resolve issues.
• Establish controls for assets, treasury systems, and reporting.
• Develop business requirements, test plans, and scripts for system changes.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes, data, and risk reduction.
• Build partnerships across Treasury, Finance, Risk and Ops.
• Identify regulatory and market developments affecting settlement.
• Lead, coach, and develop settlement professionals.
