Charles Schwab seeks a Treasury Business Systems Analyst to lead requirements for a Liquidity platform modernization. You will translate regulatory needs into actionable requirements, collaborate with Treasury, Risk, Finance, Data, and Technology, and ensure compliant, scalable solutions.

You will drive end-to-end analysis, data governance, and testing strategies, mentoring junior analysts while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Lead requirements discovery and translate complex regulatory concepts into business requirements, functional specs, data definitions, and use cases.
• Partner with architects, developers, data engineers, QA, and product owners to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Demonstrate strong SQL/data-analysis skills to profile data, validate transformations, and resolve data issues.
• Expertise in data governance, lineage, metadata, and audit evidence in regulated environments.

Responsabilités

• Lead business analysis and requirements management for Liquidity modernization workstreams from discovery to post-production validation.
• Define FR 2052a-first data foundation to support FR 2052a, LCR, NSFR, and liquidity analytics.
• Translate regulatory and control expectations into complete, testable requirements for modular calculation services and data assets.
• Facilitate workshops to document current-state processes, identify pain points, and secure decisions from stakeholders.
• Develop end-to-end process maps, data-flow diagrams, data dictionaries, and requirements traceability.
• Serve as the primary business liaison to technology and data teams to ensure alignment with outcomes and controls.
• Use SQL to profile data, validate transformations, and support issue resolution.
• Define the business testing strategy, coordinate UAT, and ensure business readiness and sign-off.
• Support phased delivery and establish repeatable onboarding patterns for new data sources.
• Ensure modernization remains coordinated with legacy platforms, regulatory changes, and production support.
