Charles Schwab is seeking a senior Director to lead liquidity forecasting and strategy within Treasury. You will guide funding across Bank, Broker Dealer, and Parent, linking collateral optimization with balance sheet planning.

Lead a highly technical team, ensure regulatory compliance, and shape investment and capital management strategies. This role offers hybrid work and high visibility within the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years in financial services with liquidity strategy experience.
• Deep technical foundations across trading funding and balance sheet modeling.
• Experience leading a highly technical liquidity/funding team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive liquidity funding plan across entities.
• Lead integration of functional and modeling teams into cohesive liquidity framework.
• Communicate funding strategies to regulators and executive leadership.
