Job summary

Charles Schwab seeks a senior Treasury Business Systems Analyst to lead liquidity platform modernization. You will translate regulatory reporting needs into clear requirements, drive cross‑functional design decisions, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering scalable, modular solutions.

Role requires strong SQL, data governance awareness, and collaboration with Treasury, Risk, Finance, Data, and Technology teams in a fast-paced, agile environment. Hybrid work is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of experience in business systems analysis or related fields, preferably in banking/t treasury/regulatory reporting.
• Strong ability to translate complex regulatory concepts into clear requirements and user stories.
• Experience partnering with architects, developers, data engineers, and product owners.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis and requirements management for Liquidity modernization workstreams from discovery through validation.
• Partner with Treasury experts to define FR 2052a-first data foundation.
• Translate expectations into complete, testable requirements for modular services and data assets.
• Facilitate workshops to document processes, identify pain points, and secure decisions.
• Develop end-to-end process maps, data dictionaries, and source-to-target mappings.
• Serve as primary business liaison to tech and data teams and ensure alignment with outcomes.
