Job summary

Thistle Farms is seeking a Manager of Residential Care and Support to lead the Safe House and Long-Term Residential Programs. You will ensure trauma-informed, survivor-centered services while supervising residential staff and coordinating admissions, transitions, and community partnerships.

Working closely with the Clinical Director, you will align care plans with safety and recovery goals, oversee budgeting and compliance, and foster a supportive team culture focused on high-quality resident

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Human Services, Public Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years progressive experience in residential services, behavioral health, or related human services; two (2) years supervising multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operations of Safe House and Long-Term Residential Program.
• Coordinates staffing, census management, admissions, discharges, and transitions.
• Ensures safety, cleanliness, and health compliance in residential homes.
• Monitors care plans, assessments and discharge plans for timely, person-centered services.
• Provides leadership, supervision and coaching to Residential Services staff.
