Job summary

Guild Incorporated seeks a Program Manager - Residential to oversee day-to-day operations at the Intensive Residential Treatment Facility. You will lead program staff, support supervisors, and contribute to the Clinical Operations Team while advancing trauma-informed, person-centered care.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and supervisory experience; Master’s degree and licensure are preferred. Some evenings/weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Non-profit Management, or Social Work.
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience.
• Master’s degree in Behavioral Sciences preferred.
• Licensure as LICSW/LMFT/LPCC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations at the Intensive Residential Treatment Facility.
• Provide support, development, and leadership to program staff and supervisors.
• Serve on Clinical Operations Team to advance Guild's mission and vision.
• Ensure person-centered and trauma-informed care and regulatory compliance.
