Job summary

Pickett is seeking a Manager of Engineering to lead transmission line engineering teams in the assigned region, ensuring high quality and cost-competitive services. The role includes business development activities and establishing strategic objectives.

You will oversee scope, schedules, budgets, and design QA/QC while maintaining strong client relationships and promoting the company’s SOLVE values in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Engineering required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification required.
• 15+ years of related engineering experience in consulting or electric utility.
• Experience managing project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
• Ability to work safely and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop engineering teams.
• Grow the region's business through business development activities.
