Pickett, an ESP Associates company, is seeking a Manager of Engineering in a hybrid role in the United States. You will lead transmission line engineering teams, grow the business in your region, and ensure delivery of high-quality, cost-competitive services.

You will oversee project scope, schedules, budgets, and QA/QC while maintaining strong client relationships and upholding S.O.L.V.E. values. A PE and 15+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification is required.
• 15+ years of related engineering experience (consulting or utility) required.
• Project management experience is preferred.
