Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Engineering is required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification is required.
• 15+ years of related engineering experience in consulting or electric utilities is required.
• Experience in managing project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Ability to communicate engineering concepts clearly and effectively.
• Strong design and problem-solving capabilities for transmission lines.
• Safety-first mindset with adherence to regulations and policies.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Able to work collaboratively with peers and clients.
• Strong analytical skills to identify metrics and apply them to projects.
