Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field.
• 5+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech with Medical Affairs or scientific training experience.
• Ability to independently manage complex training initiatives from planning through evaluation.
• Strong understanding of Medical Affairs roles and learning needs in field-based and office-based settings.
• Translate complex scientific information into clear, audience-appropriate learning experiences.
• Proficiency with live and virtual training using adult learning principles.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Medical Affairs training programs (onboarding, continuing education, capability development, launch readiness).
• Translate scientific priorities into engaging training solutions.
• Lead complex workstreams and deliver high-quality results.
• Create onboarding experiences that build knowledge and readiness for new colleagues.
• Collaborate with Training, Medical Affairs Strategy, field leadership, and SMEs to identify needs.
• Convert complex data into clear learning materials.
• Manage launch readiness and CE initiatives, adapting to evolving needs.
• Facilitate training sessions using adult learning principles.
• Oversee timelines, stakeholders, and vendors; mitigate risks.
• Ensure scientific/compliance review of materials.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements.
• Maintain project documentation and communicate progress.
