Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Threat Informed Defense Senior Manager to lead the technical and engineering core of a global cyber threat intelligence program serving mission-critical environments.

You will own the capability that turns intelligence into defensive outcomes — structuring, normalizing, and operationalizing threat data so it drives detection, hunting, and response across Accenture’s managed security stacks and those of our clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience across cyber threat intelligence, threat-informed defense, detection engineering, threat hunting, or security operations.
• Minimum of 5 years leading technical teams, including second-line leadership.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with TIP, SIEM, SOAR, and EDR.
• Minimum of 5 years of working with structured threat data and MITRE ATT&CK.
• Minimum of 5 years defining data structures and normalization across tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and govern the threat-informed defense program lifecycle from design to detection and response.
• Structure threat data for enterprise-scale consumption across TIP/SIEM/SOAR/EDR.
• Assess client defenses, recommend improvements, and drive architecture standards.
• Govern analytic and engineering tradecraft and shorten the gap between adversary action and defense.
