Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 8+ years of facilities engineering experience in high-tech/manufacturing.
- PE license or equivalent certification.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, DI water, process water, chillers, boilers, heat exchangers.
- Experience with gas and liquid distribution systems.
Responsibilities
- Design, analyze, and optimize mechanical systems for efficiency and reliability.
- Provide troubleshooting and maintenance support for critical facilities systems.
- Develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Lead projects from concept to installation with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
