Job summary

Celigo seeks a Senior Manager, Technical Delivery to lead a team of Solution Architects and Sr. Developers across the full delivery lifecycle, directing architecture reviews, engineering work, and client engagement.

You will shape delivery strategy, coach engineers, and partner with Sales, Product, and CX to ensure successful outcomes in a remote-first environment. Strong iPaaS and AI integration experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical/IS field and strong leadership credentials.
• 12+ years in integration development, solution architecture, or technical consulting.
• 7+ years of direct people management in professional services/consulting.
• Proven experience with AI-enabled integration patterns and iPaaS.
• Experience with Celigo integrator.io or similar platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and develop a team of Solution Architects and Sr. Developers across the full delivery lifecycle.
• Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development planning for reports.
• Foster a culture of learning, innovation, and technical excellence within the team.
• Recruit, onboard, and retain top integration talent aligned with growth goals.
• Provide technical guidance and hands-on coaching during engagements.
• Oversee design and delivery of scalable integration solutions using Celigo iPaaS.
