Job summary

Celigo is seeking a Senior Manager, Technical Delivery to lead a high-performing Solutions Architects and Developers team within Professional Services. This role ensures excellence in client-facing delivery, aligns with product and sales, and champions AI-enabled automations on the Celigo iPaaS platform.

The ideal candidate combines deep iPaaS expertise, leadership, and strategic vision to scale delivery capabilities and drive business outcomes for customers across industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field; MBA/MSIS preferred.
• 12+ years in integration, solution architecture, or technical consulting is expected (described in role).
• Experience leading delivery teams in professional services or consulting.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and develop a team of Solution Architects and Sr. Developers.
• Oversee design and delivery of scalable integration solutions using Celigo integrator.io.
• Engage with customers as senior technical representative during complex projects.
• Own delivery KPIs and refine delivery methodology across the team.
