Job summary

Celigo is seeking a Senior Manager, Technical Delivery to lead a high-performing team of Solution Architects and Sr. Developers. You will guide delivery across the full lifecycle, mentor staff, and drive excellence in API integrations, AI-enabled automation, and iPaaS patterns.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, and CX, and continuous learning to propel Celigo’s agentic services and platform roadmap.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 12+ years in integration/technical delivery roles.
• 7+ years leading technical delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and develop Solution Architects and Sr. Developers.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and development planning.
• Drive delivery excellence, reusable templates, and scalable patterns.
