Job summary

Celigo is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management to own strategy and execution across core platform, AI product suite, API management, and data ingestion. You will lead multi-quarter roadmaps tied to revenue, retention, and competitive positioning, while advancing AI-driven product development and autonomous PM practices.

You will manage a distributed team, collaborate closely with UX and engineering, and represent Celigo externally to strengthen market position.

Qualifications

15+ years of progressive product management experience in technical B2B SaaS with complex, customer-facing products.
Sr Director-level scope with multi-product-line strategy and business outcomes ownership.
Experience shipping AI-native or AI-augmented products, not just AI-adjacent.
Proven ability to lead distributed teams, including teams in India.

Responsibilities

Own product strategy for Core Platform, AI, API Management, and Data Ingestion with multi-quarter roadmaps tied to revenue, retention and positioning.
Drive AI product-market fit and translate AI capabilities into measurable customer outcomes.
Lead the AI transformation of PM practice and operationalize it across the product lifecycle.
Manage and develop a distributed team across time zones and regions; set clear expectations and raise performance.
