Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical accounting, preferably in a public company environment.
• CPA certification required.
• Strong knowledge of ASC 606, ASC 842, Pre-IPO, and SEC reporting requirements.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing teams and project engagements.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical accounting guidance to the organization, including research of accounting standards and memos.
• Review and assist with GAAP financial statements and SEC filings (10-Ks/10-Qs).
• Ensure compliance with new accounting standards and guide implementation.
• Develop accounting policies and procedures and ensure adherence.
• Manage teams and project engagements, mentoring staff.
