Job summary

SR Staffing is seeking a Senior Manager, Technical Accounting & SEC Reporting to support public and pre-IPO clients with complex accounting, financial reporting, and strategic finance initiatives.

You will lead SEC filings (10-Ks and 10-Qs), perform GAAP research, document positions and disclosures, and collaborate with CFOs, Controllers, and external auditors. CPA required; Big 4 or large regional public accounting experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong SEC reporting and public company financial reporting expertise
• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and technical accounting research

We're partnering with a leading advisory firm seeking a Senior Manager, Technical Accounting & SEC Reporting to support public and pre-IPO companies with complex accounting, financial reporting, and strategic finance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead SEC reporting engagements, including 10-Ks, 10-Qs, MD&A, footnotes, and disclosures

• Advise clients on technical accounting matters and U.S. GAAP compliance
• Research and document accounting positions, policies, and new accounting standards
• Collaborate with CFOs, Controllers, and external auditors
