  • Partner with Legal, Sales, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to assess accounting implications of new contracts, strategic initiatives, and evolving business models.
  • Assist with the implementation of new accounting standards and updates to accounting policies, internal controls, and reporting processes.
  • Support the external audit process by coordinating technical accounting analyses, responding to audit inquiries, and ensuring timely resolution of open items.
  • Help strengthen the close and reporting process through improved documentation, process enhancements, and scalable controls.
  • Monitor developments in U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements and communicate the practical impact to leadership.

  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, with meaningful hands-on experience in technical accounting and revenue recognition under ASC 606.
  • Experience supporting SEC reporting and public-company financial statements preferred.
  • Ability to research complex accounting matters, develop clear conclusions, and communicate recommendations to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
  • Strong written communication skills, including experience preparing technical accounting memos.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP and reporting systems.
