• Mentor and guide junior staff and maintain strong controls and documentation.

Title: Senior Manager, Technical Accounting

Type: Direct Hire

Salary: $165,000–$185,000 Base + Bonus potential (Depending on experience)

Location: Reston, VA

On-Site Schedule: Hybrid – 3–4 days per week in the Reston office

Position Overview

The Technical Accounting Senior Manager will report to senior accounting leadership and serve as a key resource for complex accounting matters across the organization. This individual will lead technical accounting research, prepare accounting position papers, evaluate complex transactions, support SEC reporting, and provide accounting guidance to business and corporate stakeholders. The position will partner closely with Corporate Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, Tax, Legal, Operations, Business Development, and external auditors.
