Mayo Clinic is seeking a Senior Manager to support the Technology Development Work Unit, leading multiple projects in business development and technology commercialization. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage resources, and interact with Mayo Clinic leadership and external partners to drive opportunities.

The role requires strong communication, project management, and analytical skills, plus the ability to navigate internal processes and external collaborations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform in business development/technology commercialization roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects or major portions of large projects, activities, deals and opportunities.
• Organize opportunities into work teams and assign staff to teams.
• Communicate and report project status to department leadership.
• Represent department in meetings with Mayo Clinic departments and external entities as warranted.
• Manage workflows and resources to achieve desired project outcomes.
