Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of multiple projects or major initiatives from inception to execution.
• Organize opportunities into work teams and assign staff.
• Report project status to department leadership and represent Mayo with external entities.
• Mentor staff and manage human resources duties as needed.
• Support strategic collaborations across partnerships, commercialization, and technology development.
