Job summary

Mayo Clinic seeks a Senior Manager to support the Business Development mission and lead multiple projects across Partnerships, Commercialization, Technology Development, and Investments. You will organize opportunities into teams, assign staff, and report progress to department leadership.

You will collaborate with Mayo Clinic teams and external partners to advance licenses, partnerships, and strategic investments, guiding cross-functional activity to achieve measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or advanced degree in business, science, or related field, plus five years related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of six years experience paralleling the above.
• Five years experience directly related to technology licensing for roles within the Commercialization Work Unit.
• In lieu of a degree, equivalent experience may satisfy degree requirements.

Responsibilities

• Directly support the mission of Mayo Clinic Business Development and lead multiple projects or major portions of large projects.
• Organize opportunities into appropriate work teams and assign staff to teams.
• Communicate and report project status to department leadership.
• Represent the department in meetings with Mayo departments and external entities as warranted.
• Manage workflows and resources to achieve desired project outcomes.
