Walmart is seeking a Senior Manager, Technology Operations for eCommerce Payments Fraud in Bentonville, Arkansas. The role leads fraud strategy execution and control governance across Walmart Pay and wallet-based tenders.

You will drive initiatives to reduce fraud and improve customer experience, partnering with product, engineering, and data science teams. You will manage multiple initiatives, track risks, and communicate updates to leadership while ensuring strong documentation and operational

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of project/program management experience.
• 7+ years' experience in project management, program management, or related area, with 2 years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead program planning and execution for multiple medium to high complexity initiatives aligned with strategic objectives.
• Track milestones, risks, blockers, dependencies, launch readiness, and post-launch validation for assigned payment fraud controls.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technology solutions and drive consensus.
• Monitor initiative performance using key metrics, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Prepare leadership-ready updates on roadmap status, risks, decisions needed, control gaps, and business impact.
• Maintain clear and current documentation in Confluence, including fraud requirements and operating procedures for multiple tenants.

Education
