Job summary

Walmart's Fraud Strategy Solutions Team is seeking a Senior Manager, Technology Operations to drive fraud controls as capabilities expand internationally. You will lead complex technology programs, align objectives with strategic and financial plans, and oversee multiple projects with strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area.
• 5+ years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee technology operations programs, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and financial plans.
• Manage budgeting, resource allocation, and risk mitigation across multiple medium to high complexity projects.
• Develop and implement technology strategies that support business objectives and operational efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders to influence decisions and drive program success.
• Monitor program performance, track progress, and provide clear, concise reporting to leadership.
• Foster continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes and technology adoption.
• Mentor and develop team members, promoting accountability and high performance.
