Job summary

Walmart is seeking a leader to drive fraud strategy execution and governance across payment systems, balancing security, customer experience, and business objectives. You will own program planning for multiple initiatives and monitor milestones, risks, and readiness.

Collaborating with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Business teams, you will translate requirements into technology solutions, track KPIs, provide leadership updates, and ensure scalable controls across the payment ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Define initiative goals, deliverables, and schedules aligned with strategic objectives.
• Manage multiple initiatives, track dependencies, identify control gaps, and drive follow-through across cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills and ability to organize complex information into clear updates and recommendations.
• Comfort working with data, dashboards, KPIs, and analytics partners.
• Experience in fraud/risk, payments, eCommerce or program execution.
• 2 years’ supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead fraud strategy execution and control governance for credit/debit card and wallet-based payment tenders.
• Lead program planning and execution for multiple medium- to high-complexity initiatives.
• Track milestones, risks, blockers, dependencies, launch readiness, and post-launch validation for payment fraud controls.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technology solutions and drive consensus.
• Monitor initiative performance using key metrics, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare leadership-ready updates on roadmap status, risks, decisions needed, control gaps, and business impact.
• Maintain current fraud requirements and operating-procedure documentation in Confluence for multiple tenants.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Business teams to develop balanced fraud-control recommendations.
• Support scalable fraud controls across Walmart's payment ecosystem while balancing transaction security, customer experience, and business objectives.
