• Support robust fraud controls in all businesses to ensure risk management is balanced with customer experience.
• Manage program budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to ensure financial efficiency and ROI.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define program scope, performance baselines, and integrated implementation plans.
• Influence cross-functional teams through clear communication, consensus building, and effective stakeholder engagement.
• Oversee risk assessment, mitigation strategies, and scenario planning to ensure successful program delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement by implementing best practices and optimizing operational processes.

About the team

The Fraud Strategy Solutions Team within Enterprise Consumer Fraud Risk at Walmart leads initiatives to safeguard customers and the business by proactively addressing fraud throughout the customer lifecycle. Collaborating with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Compliance partners, the team develops advanced AI-driven solutions that balance trust, growth, and efficiency.
