The Aspen Group (TAG) seeks an analytics professional to own performance insights across paid media, CRM marketing, and service lines for Aspen Dental, Chapter Aesthetic Studio, Lovet, and WellNow. You will translate data into actionable recommendations impacting marketing, operations, and strategy.

Join a cross-functional Performance and Growth team dedicated to TAG Dental brands, driving ROAS optimization, forecasting, and data-driven decision making across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or related field.
• Experience with multi-channel performance reporting and translating data into actions.
• Familiarity with incrementality, attribution, forecasting, and media mix concepts.
• Strong Excel/SQL skills and ability to manipulate data for reporting.

Responsabilités

• Identify drivers of traffic, leads, appointments, and conversion across the funnel by office and service line.
• Evaluate incrementality and separate baseline from marketing-driven impact.
• Synthesize data sources into a cohesive performance view for stakeholders.
• Partner with channel owners to assess opportunities and optimize spend by market.
• Build ROAS frameworks and advise on allocation across channels and tactics.
• Support forecasting for traffic, leads, visits, and revenue.
• Embed analytics in day-to-day decision making across teams.
• Collaborate with Media, CRM, Marketing Strategy, Online, Call Center, Finance and Tech teams.
