You will collaborate with leadership, hiring managers and HR colleagues ,and will shape the recruitment strategy to pursue, attract, and assess top talent for UEG and Influencer. Responsibilities:
  • Full life-cycle recruiting to attract the most talented and diverse people to come to UEG. This includes activities such as sourcing, research/insights, outreach, attraction, and assessment.
  • Partner and build relationships with key stakeholders to identify necessary strategy and creative methods to address hiring needs, both immediate and long term.
  • Establish collaborative, customer-focused relationships with hiring managers and HR Business Partners.
  • Make informed selection recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Ensure an impressive and transparent candidate experience at every touch point.
  • Effective negotiation skills with insight into compensation trends
  • Pipeline passive candidates for anticipated growth; maintain an ongoing database of candidates- at all levels through both established and updated channels.
  • Maintain requisitions and data integrity in the Applicant Tracking System (Lever)
  • Ensure compliance with EEO/AA requirements and assist with the development and implementation of diversity initiatives
  • Represent and uphold a positive and engaging employer brand internally and externally, highlighting and promoting the company's best practice programs
  • As an active part of the HR team, participate in other projects as assigned, such as training and development facilitation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Have a minimum of six years’ experience in recruiting.
  • Demonstrated and thorough understanding of advanced sourcing methods, including but not limited to utilization of LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn networking groups, Handshake, and more.
  • Ideally have worked in related industries such as digital, marketing, influencer, advertising, creative, agency environments or public relations.

$62,000 - $111,000 a year

An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
