Job summary

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems Navigation, Intelligence and Connectivity Division seeks a Manager of Systems Engineering 3 to lead the Xetron/CCS BEE Engineering Department. The role combines program/capture leadership with staff management for ~30 leaders across multiple sites including Cincinnati and Annapolis Junction.

The position requires a TS clearance, strong cyber/cryptography experience, and a proven record of engineering leadership in complex programs.

Qualifications

8+ years of professional experience in Cyber (Offensive or Defensive), Non-Kinetic, Cryptography, or related mission areas.
Demonstrated technical leadership experience in SEIT/EPM, Chief Engineer, IPT, System Architect, or equivalent across multiple lifecycle phases.
Working knowledge of program execution, technical baseline management, staffing, engineering metrics and training resources, processes, and tools.
Active DoD Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a SCI.

Responsibilities

Support Xetron/CCS program(s) and provide people leadership for technical leaders in E100 roles.
Ensure rigorous planning, baselines, cost/schedule management, metrics, and issue resolution in engineering execution.
Develop technical leaders to ensure business success.
Oversee administration for the BEE organization, including budgets, staffing and workload forecasts.
