The candidate will manage a team supporting multiple programs, ensuring clear purpose, staffing, and development. US citizenship and active secret clearance are required; Top-Secret/SCI eligibility is desirable.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership and technical management experience.
• Experience leading multi-discipline engineering teams and programs.
• US Citizenship and active security clearance required (Secret/Top-Secret/SCI).
• Experience with government contracts and defense programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide people leadership, staffing, workload forecasting, and career development.
• Ensure personnel meet technical requirements of supported programs and manage technical performance.
• Communicate with internal/external stakeholders and mentor team members.
• Coordinate requisitions, rotation opportunities, and hiring manager responsibilities.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or other Engineering field (12 years experience)

MS degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or other Engineering field (10 years experience)

PhD. in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or other Engineering field (8 years experience)
