Job summary

Pernod Ricard USA is seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Proximity (North America) with responsibility for demand planning, testing, change adoption, and value realization across product portfolios like Anaplan, ERP, and data warehouses. You will collaborate with S&OP, Production, Procurement, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service across affiliates.

The role requires mastery of adoption/change management, testing/deployment, and Agile principles, with regional scope and some travel.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of the product domain for NA region
• Mastery of adoption and change management methods & tools
• Mastery of testing and deployment methods & tools
• Understanding of agile principles and ways of working

Responsibilities

• Capture affiliates needs and arbitrate their claims to tailor solutions for product offerings
• Act as liaison between business and incident support teams to qualify incidents
• Perform roll-out and change management actions for global products and support local adoption
• Collect and consolidate metrics to report value delivered by products at affiliate level
