Job summary

Pernod Ricard USA is seeking a Senior Manager, Market Supply to lead the end-to-end export supply chain for finished goods and bulk spirits across North America. You will own planning, execution, documentation, compliance, and performance management to ensure compliant, on-time international shipments.

You will partner with Market Supply, Customer Service, Logistics, Trade Compliance, Finance, and external providers to build scalable processes, improve visibility, and support growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA preferred.
• Experience in export operations and international logistics.
• Strong understanding of export documentation, Incoterms, and shipment tracking.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, Excel, and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead export supply chain function for finished goods and bulk spirits across North America.
• Oversee end-to-end export shipment execution, including planning, booking, and documentation flow.
• Partner with Trade Compliance, Legal, Finance, and Logistics to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Communicate shipment status, risks, and recovery plans to stakeholders.
• Develop SOPs, dashboards, and KPI routines for export performance.
