Job summary

EY is actively seeking a Supply Chain Decision Intelligence Senior Manager in the US to lead enterprise-scale transformations that improve supply chain performance, resilience, and growth. You will partner with senior executives, shape strategies, oversee multiple workstreams, and guide teams toward value realization.

Role involves business development, thought leadership, and building repeatable offerings. You will travel as needed and work in EY offices/client sites up to 50% of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, CS, Engineering or related field.
• Eight+ years of related work experience, or seven with a graduate degree.
• Experience in supply chain management, analytics, or decision intelligence with leadership.
• At least four years implementing decision intelligence or advanced analytics (e.g., Aera, Palantir).
• Experience integrating decision intelligence with ERP/SCM solutions (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, SAP IBP, Kinaxis).
• Leadership on two full-lifecycle implementations; one within last three years.
• Experience managing large teams, budgets, governance, and partnerships.
• Business development experience including proposals and client presentations.
• Industries: CPG, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Tech, or Telecom.
• Work in EY office and/or client location up to 50% of the time.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain decision intelligence transformations across multiple workstreams.
• Advise executives and translate priorities into decision intelligence strategies.
• Oversee requirements, future-state processes, models, and designs.
• Drive process improvements and define future-state capabilities.
• Provide data readiness, migration, governance, and testing leadership.
• Establish delivery governance, risk controls, and executive reporting.
• Own staffing, budgets, forecasts, margins, and delivery performance.
• Guide change management and training to accelerate adoption.
• Deliver executive-ready work products: roadmaps, designs, docs, test strategies.
• Develop teams; mentor talent and support practice growth.
• Drive business development: opportunities, scopes, pricing, proposals.
• Develop market offerings and thought leadership.
• Support workforce planning and strategic initiatives.
• Travel as needed.
