EY in the United States is seeking a Supply Chain Decision Intelligence Senior Manager to lead enterprise transformations that improve supply chain performance, resilience, and growth. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives, shape solution strategy, oversee multiple workstreams, and guide value realization from pursuit through delivery.

You will drive data readiness, governance, and scalable solutions while overseeing budgets and staffing.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Eight+ years of related work experience, or seven years with a graduate degree.
• Experience leading complex supply chain transformations and data-driven decision intelligence programs.
• Experience implementing decision intelligence capabilities with ERP and SCM systems.
• Leadership of multi-workstream engagements with governance and budget responsibility.
• Willingness to work in person at EY offices up to 50% of the time; authorized to work in the U.S.

• Advise senior executives and translate business priorities into DI strategies.
• Shape business and solution architecture, requirements, processes and designs.
• Drive process improvement and define future-state capabilities.
• Provide leadership for data readiness, integration, governance, and testing.
• Own program delivery, governance, risk controls, and reporting.
• Manage engagement economics including scope, staffing, budgets, and margins.
• Lead change enablement, training, and stakeholder alignment.
• Deliver executive-ready work products: roadmaps, designs, and value reports.
• Develop and lead high-performing teams and contribute to market growth.
