EY is seeking a Supply Chain Decision Intelligence Senior Manager to lead enterprise-scale transformations that improve performance, resilience, and growth. You will partner with senior executives to shape strategy, oversee multiple workstreams, and drive value realization across engagements.

This role emphasizes data-enabled decision making, business development, and leadership of high-performing teams, with travel up to 50% and in-person work at EY offices or client sites as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, CS, engineering, supply chain, or related field.
• Eight+ years of related work experience, or seven+ with a graduate degree.
• Experience in supply chain management, analytics, digital transformation, or decision intelligence.
• At least four years implementing decision intelligence/advanced analytics solutions (e.g., Aera, Palantir).
• Experience integrating decision intelligence with ERP/supply chain solutions (SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis).
• Leadership on two full-lifecycle decision intelligence/analytics implementations, with at least one in the last 3 years.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end enterprise decision intelligence transformations across multiple workstreams.
• Advise senior executives and translate priorities into decision intelligence strategies.
• Oversee business requirements, future-state processes, and system designs.
• Drive process and performance improvements aligned with strategic objectives.
• Lead data readiness, governance, integration, and testing for scalable solutions.
• Establish delivery standards, governance, risk controls, and executive reporting.
• Manage scope, staffing, budgets, forecasts, margins, and delivery risks.
• Lead change management, communications, and training to accelerate adoption.
• Deliver executive-ready work products: roadmaps, designs, and value reports.
• Develop and lead high-performing teams and support career development.
• Originate opportunities, shape proposals, and negotiate delivery with clients.
• Develop market offerings with alliances and thought leadership.
• Support workforce planning and strategic initiatives within the practice.
• Travel as needed to support client engagements.
